What works today
If you are already scripting your own posting pipeline, the useful page is not this one — it is the per-network pages, which state each API's real limits. Claude Code can fetch llms-full.txt and give you the constraints without you reading ten sets of platform docs.

A line in .mcp.json pointing at the server. The obvious use is a release script that posts the changelog everywhere when you tag a version.

Questions
Can Claude Code post to my accounts today?+
No. The MCP server that would let it is in development. What works now is reading — it can fetch the full product description and answer from it accurately.
What should I actually ask Claude Code?+
Anything where being wrong costs you a failed post: what the real caption limit is for a network, how many images a carousel takes, whether a personal Facebook profile can be scheduled to. Those answers are in the file and they are generated from working code.
